We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and online bill payments through our patient portal. Flexible payment plans may be available for eligible patients.

Insurance & Billing Policy

We accept most insurance plans. We are not in-network with Humana or Culinary. VA/Tricare require prior authorization. Self-pay available; payment plans on request. Billing help: (702) 558-0484, Mon–Fri 8a–4p.
